Search DashChat
DashChat checks its claimed vehicle network for an exact state and plate match.
Open the vehicle
When there is a match, open the vehicle profile and see the public DashChat identity connected to it.
Say hey
If messaging is enabled, contact the person connected to it inside DashChat without needing their phone number or home address.
NO MATCH
Not on DashChat yet.
If no one has claimed that exact vehicle yet, DashChat tells you there is no network match instead of guessing who owns it.

Claim it and become reachable.
