When you search for or claim a vehicle, DashChat may process a license plate, state, vehicle identifiers, vehicle characteristics, and related lookup data. DashChat may store normalized or hashed plate information to support search, caching, claims, abuse prevention, and product functionality.

DashChat may collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser, IP address, app activity, search events, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic information.
